Contest Rules
The following agreement discloses the rules for all in-store and online giveaways as conducted by Antipastos. These rules are subject to change and will be updated based on ongoing promotions.

Definitions
"The giveaway", "the contest", "the event", and all similar language refer to the current promotion (as of the date of "last updated", see above) being held at the Antipastos location or online through Antipastos' official media accounts.

For the purposes of "the agreement" (this webpage, the language within, the rules and guidelines for "the giveaway"), "participants" refers to any person(s) who enter, through the means defined in the agreement, and are, by entering, bound to the terms outlined in the agreement.

"Antipastos", "the store", "our store", and "in-store" refer to the Antipastos location, at 87 Hannover Dr Unit #1, St. Catharines, ON L2W 1A3. "Antipastos" may also refer to the business entity and all affiliate companies, including, but not limited to, marketing, legal, supplier, human resources, and staffing third-parties.

Eligibility
The contest is open to legal residents of Ontario, Canada, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees of Antipastos, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
Contest Period
The Contest begins on the stated start date in the Contest post on Instagram and ends on the stated end date in the Contest post on Instagram (the "Contest Period"). Entries submitted after this time will not be considered.
How to Enter & Entry Limits
Entries for the draw are compiled from the following methods, and then selected by an impartial third party:

Maximum one (1) entry for liking the affiliate post.

Maximum one (1) entry for tagging another user.

Maximum one (1) entry for sharing the affiliate post to your story or feed.

Maximum one (1) entry for signing up for the monthly newsletter. Only new subscribers apply.
Antipastos is not responsible for any invalid entries through spoiled entries, technical errors, or human error.
Prizes
One (1) winner will receive the prize stated in the Instagram Post (the "Prize"). The Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and has no cash value. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the Prize with another of equal or greater value if required.​ This prize cannot be returned, substituted, or redeemed for any other prize.
Winner Selection and Notification
A random draw will be conducted within 24 hours of the end date of the giveaway from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period. The selected entrant will be contacted via direct message from the official Antipastos account on Instagram within 48 hours of the draw.
To be declared a winner, the selected entrant must:

Respond within 48 hours of notification.

Correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question (as required by Canadian law).

Sign and return a Declaration of Compliance and Release Form within the specified time frame.
Failure to comply may result in disqualification, and another entrant will be randomly selected.
Publicity
By entering the contest, participants consent to the use of their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
General Conditions
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Antipastos, which are final and binding in all respects. Antipastos reserves the right to disqualify any entry for any reason, including but not limited to, violation of these Official Rules or tampering with the entry process.

The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its control affects the Contest’s integrity.

Entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, or violate Instagram’s terms of use will be disqualified.
The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries due to technical failures.

The winner’s name and likeness may be used in promotional materials without further compensation.
Privacy
Personal information collected from participants will be used by Antipastos for the purpose of administering the contest and contacting the winner(s). Antipastos will not share personal information with third parties without the participant's consent.
Disclaimer
This contest is not affiliated with Meta or Instagram. Participants acknowledge that Instagram does not sponsor, endorse, or administer this Contest. By entering, participants release Instagram from any claims related to this Contest.
Antipastos is not responsible for any lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for any technical malfunctions that may occur.
Antipastos reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the contest if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Antipastos' reasonable control impairs the integrity of the contest.
