Easy Homestyle Lasagna Recipe




For The Sauce:

  1. Antipastos Homestyle Sauce


For The Filling:

  1. 1 16 ounce container Part Skim Ricotta cheese

  2. 1 large egg, beaten

  3. 1/4 cup Grated parmigiano cheese

  4. 1/4 cup chopped flat leaf parsley

  5. 1/4 teaspoon salt

  6. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper


To Assemble:

  1. 1 Box (16) of No Boil lasagna noodles

  2. 1/4 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese

  3. 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese


The Filling:

Combine the Ricotta, Egg, Parmesan Cheese, Parsley, Salt and Pepper together in a large bowl and set aside.


Preheat the Oven to 375° F


Spread enough sauce to the lasagna pan to cover the bottom


Place 4 Lasagna Noodles on top of the sauce, slightly overlapping


Top with 1/3 of the ricotta mixture, 2 Tablespoons Parmesan Cheese, and 1 1/2 Cups of Sauce


Top with 4 More Lasagna Noodles, 1/3 of the Ricotta Mixture and 2 Tablespoons Parmesan Cheese


Top with 4 More Lasagna Noodles, the remaining Ricotta Mixture, remaining Parmesan Cheese, and 1 1/2 cups of Sauce


Top with the remaining 4 Lasagna Noodles, the remaining sauce and sprinkle with the Mozzarella Cheese


Cover with foil and bake for 40 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for another 15-20 minutes , or until the top is bubbling


Let the Lasagna sit for 15 minutes before serving
